For over 50 years, Auntie Khoo has dedicated her life to the art of tailoring. Born in Indonesia, she overcame immense hardship from a young age before moving to Singapore at just 17 with little more than determination and a passion for sewing. She began as an apprentice, working long hours while mastering the skills that would become her life's work.

Through perseverance and craftsmanship, Auntie Khoo went on to build successful garment manufacturing businesses in Singapore and Batam, employing hundreds of workers. Despite economic challenges that forced her to rebuild more than once, she never gave up on her trade.
